Love Yourself to Health – 10 week program

Love Yourself to Health (LYTH) is a 10 week program designed to help you care for yourself, improve your vitality, and cleanse toxins from your body.  These daily exercises will help you tune in to your body, learning what you need and don’t need to feel good. It is our hope that you will take these 10 weeks seriously and contribute a minimum of 1 hour per day on self care activities, including

  • developmental moment patterning,
  • massage,
  • skin brushing and castor oil packs),
  • meal planning and preparation,
  • exercise,
  • meditation
  • and relaxation.

  • balance hormones
  • safe and supportive atmosphere
  • we have recorded multiple movies and voice recordings for your use

We customize the program to each individual’s hormonal profile and dietary restrictions.

Today, we are all bombarded with stressful situations. Learning how to modulate stress and utilize stress reduction techniques helps to stabilize our cortisol (stress hormone) response. Our program is designed to help to teach you daily activities that balance your stress response and your hormones. Hormones are chemical messengers that tell your cells what to do. Balancing these naturally through diet and lifestyle changes, is very rewarding and has long lasting benefits, as hormones directly effect cell function.

One hour a day for 10 weeks is a significant commitment.  We invite you to use this 10 week period as an opportunity to make mistakes and struggle with integrating new habits in a safe and supportive atmosphere. To this end we have recorded multiple movies and voice recordings for your use. You can watch these and listen to them to bring you back to your center and renew your enthusiasm about improving your self care rituals. Weekly recordings, assignments and information is will become available you every Monday for the 10 week period.

Because their is a dietary and hormone component of this program, we encourage you to make and appointment and test hormones and discuss the options for dietary modifications and custom make programs for participants.
